What about the gîte-owners? What do they do ?

Marie Ray is nurse and Dominique is beekeeper.
So naturally, you will find a great variety of honeys ( pine, mountain, acacia, ...). Also delicious " pain d'épice" (sort of cake with honey) and ... apple juice.
In the adjoining farm (5 minute-walk), you will find cheese (Munster, different tommes).
Apart from that, in the family, there are three boys: Sylvestre, Félix et Alexis.
